i stayed at the holiday inn express for my anniversary and was pleasantly surprised. the room was spacious and the staff were incredibly friendly, making my experience even better than my last stay in amsterdam. i especially loved the variety at breakfast, especially the freshly baked pastries and strong coffee.

Oh man, the burgers at Burger Bitch were to die for! We also hit up Absolute Taste for some quick bites—total fire! Plus, the room was spacious, clean, and full of daylight, and breakfast had delicious options, too.
